This is a custom made workout plan designed to push your limits, based on your fitness goals. It can be a weight loss, weight gain, fat loss, muscle toning, muscle building, strength & conditioning plan etc. A fitness consultation call is done before designing the personalized workout plan. A document is presented with every plan that gives the details about the exercises, no. of sets, reps etc. Each Plan will last for 4 weeks and after 4 weeks one new plan shall be designed.

After a year of the pandemic and limited activity I had gained some weight and was in need of improving my physical fitness. I signed up with Zafar for 12 sessions over 4 weeks with the goal of losing approximately 4 kg in this time. I was interested in both cardio and strength training and invested in some basic equipment-bench,adjustable dumbbell, mat, Bossu ball,etc. All sessions were conducted over zoom,each session lasting an hour. Zafar stresses good from and technique and will demonstrate the same. He made efficient use of the limited equipment at my disposal,combining cardio with strength training. I excercised upper body and legs,worked on flexibility,all combined with high intensity interval training. At the end of 4 weeks,I succeeded in my weight loss goal and even more importantly felt more energetic,trim and strong. Zafar kept me well motivated and regularly followed up to see how I was keeping up with my diet and training. Zafar is polite and courteous, respects the client’s time and is a pleasure to train with.
