Refund Policy

1) Non-Virtual Plan: We do not follow any refund policy in non virtual plans as these are customised workout and diet plans which are designed after consultation with the clients beforehand and accepting sign up amount.

2) Virtual Plan:

  • If a client experiences any medical problem during his/her training and the doctor advises them to rest from physical activity for more than a month then we keep the remaining virtual sessions on hold and once the trainees resumes we unhond and give them complete remaining sessions. It might be possible to change the trainer in this situation as it’s difficult to block the training windows of the same trainer.
  • If a trainer discontinues with JC Fitness, we give a replacement of the trainer to the client and if a client is not satisfied with the new trainer then we refund the amount of the remaining leftover sessions.


Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. So you are requested to go through our terms&conditions and privcay ploicy before placing your order.
