Its an experience.. a relationship , a bond we share with him.. Well, at no point he is just a professional doing his job..! He is like a father to guide you.. A mother always after your diet.. A big brother constantly supporting you.. A modern Dronacharya who listens to you carefully n then makes you listen to him as well.. I have seen good as well as bad times with him.. Harsh phases were somewhat tolerable coz he kept assuring about the coming best ones. I always felt someone holding my back and keeping my will and determination up.. I am very happy with our sessions and they are exactly the way i prefer. Its a good combination of strength training ,flexibility, agility and co ordination. Usually i dreaded going to any exercise class. But i enjoy the one hour we spend every morning to make progress everyday. I think you know when and how much to push me and where to stop. Thats the best because I don’t have to worry about explaining myself. I can see myself doing this in the long term. I want to become stronger and flexible and i think with your help i will be able to achieve that easily. Thank you so much for your support.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been working out with Zafar for 3months straight now. Like everyone else, I started with zero tolerance to pain and pressure, but Zafar was persistent and always encouraging me to go an extra mile to achieve our goals. It’s always the little things that matter in life, and it did even while I was trying to have a body transformation while training with Zafar. He kept me on my toes with my diet, he made me do those extra burpees on days you wished you could use a break. It all boils down to how much you trust in the process and I trusted Zafar’s instinct from day one, even though my workouts were exhausting, I could see the results. Week six and I had already started developing the confidence I needed to appreciate my fitness. The diet plan helped me lose couple of pounds every week while not making me look any skinnier. After a year of the pandemic and limited activity I had gained some weight and was in need of improving my physical fitness. I signed up with Zafar for 12 sessions over 4 weeks with the goal of losing approximately 4 kg in this time. I was interested in both cardio and strength training and invested in some basic equipment-bench,adjustable dumbbell, mat, Bossu ball,etc. All sessions were conducted over zoom,each session lasting an hour. Zafar stresses good from and technique and will demonstrate the same. He made efficient use of the limited equipment at my disposal,combining cardio with strength training. I excercised upper body and legs,worked on flexibility,all combined with high intensity interval training. At the end of 4 weeks,I succeeded in my weight loss goal and even more importantly felt more energetic,trim and strong. Zafar kept me well motivated and regularly followed up to see how I was keeping up with my diet and training. Zafar is polite and courteous, respects the client’s time and is a pleasure to train with.

I started my fitness journey with Zafar in Sept 2020. After months of eating carelessly during the lockdown I had piled up weight and started feeling unhealthy. The stress at work and covid and the weight I had put on left me breathless most parts of the day. Thats when i decided to do something about it. Luckily i came across Zafar and started online training sessions with him. I had no idea what to expect and didn’t know if I will even stick with the Programme. For a person who had never done any workout routine before I found it quite challenging at first. But I decided to put my faith in Zafars expertise and with time I felt more comfortable with the workout routine. 4 months later i have lost over 6 kgs and I am at my fittest peak of my life. Zafars training techniques are not only designed to address weight issues but also to encourage a long term fitness goals. I had always been happy with my weight that was until I moved back to India from living in Dubai for 14 years. Home food and living in with parents, I weighed in and was at an embarrassing 76kgs, no one ever said I was fat but, I was unhappy in myself (especially when I went clothes shopping).
I’ve been training with @husseyfit for about 3 months now. I’m way stronger than I’ve ever been in my life. Training with him has been a complete surprise because I was able to get results so quickly, within a month i was 5 kgs down and I can significantly see steady reduction of my over all body. He listens to my fitness goals and tailors the program to fit my needs. He is really knowledgeable and encouraging. Moreover, I have a great time working hard and learning every hour we train together.

During the lockdown, I was just on the EAT, SLEEP, WORK AND REPEAT pattern by which I gained a lot of weight. Suddenly, one day I was going through my old pics and compared them with the new one, I was fully shocked. My physical appearance entirely got changed and that was not for good. That’s when I decided to enroll in JC Fitness. A huge thanks to Vaidehi for all the support and motivation over the last 10 weeks. @bhave.vaidehi always inspired me to do more and I learned that consistency and patience are the keys to achieve the goal. I joined my training with Zafar when I was around 73 kg weight with approximately 30% body fat. I had very little stamina and would get tired after running for 5 min. Intense workout was beyond my reach! My goal was to reduce fat and increase strength and stamina.
I trained with Zafar via Zoom for about 8 weeks along with the diet plan from JC. I lost around 0.5 to 1.0 kg per week rate. He slowly help me to build my stamina to reach peak heart rate levels of 180 bpm. My workout form and strength improved while working from home.
After 8 weeks, my weight reduced by 6 kg. Now I am about 67 kg in weight. I would highly recommend Zafar as a personal trainer. He has a friendly approach but knows how to push you hard to achieve the goals. He keeps track of your meals and is equally motivated to make sure you achieve.

A great teacher is somebody who does not lead you to his wisdom, but rather leads you to the threshold of your own mind. Jogee sir is one of the rarest I know who exemplifies this. On my fitness journey of almost two years, it was just two months back that I met Jogee sir. Ever since that day, there has been no looking back. Sir has been a pillar of inspiration, guidance, and encouragement throughout. His training techniques and knowledge about nutrition, posture, etc. are impeccable. His energy and passion for fitness is contagious. I have seen in such a short span that my confidence on the floor and my techniques have improved by leaps and bounds. It wouldn’t have been possible without sir’s consistent effort and trust in me. Mind you, he is much much more than just a fitness coach.
