  • How Does Online Personal training Work?

    Online personal training is a comprehensive fitness coaching service that involves a physical training program and meal planning that will help you to achieve your fitness goals and transform your body. The program is designed on a bespoke basis based on your information and preferences about your exercise history, current fitness levels personal logistics (by way of gym access, home fitness equipment, etc). We also request you to send your pictures from different angles as it allows us to gauge your current level of muscularity, body fat, and of course body type.

  • What type of workout plans are these?

    ​Our fitness & nutrition plans are very specific to each client, which results in a wide variety!  We create workouts that can be used outdoors, in your home, at the gym, while you travel; the applications and possibilities are infinite.  The plans include diet tracking, cardiovascular improvement, strength training, flexibility, and more.

  • Who assigns the workout & nutrition plans?

    Diet charts and fitness charts are prepared by our certified trainers and nutritionists. A particular trainer and nutritionist is assigned to you from the beginning who will stay with your throughout your fitness journey!

  • How often should I check in with my trainer?

    Even though we provide weekly check-ins, it is something that you and your trainer both decide together. If you value the accountability aspect of our training, we can stay in contact with you every single day to make sure your workouts are being accomplished! We also work with people who tend to be more independent and need less contact and that is OK too!

  • How often do my workouts change?

    Depending upon the plan you have chosen, your workouts will change every 4 weeks/12 weeks. If you feel a particular workout is not fitting within your schedule, let your trainer know and they will make a change in order for you to continue being successful with your workouts.

  • If I have an injury, can I still get a plan built for me?

    Depending on the type of injury and the stage of healing, your coach can create programs that limit or avoid stress to the affected area. We can also develop corrective exercise strategies to improve mobility, joint stabilization, connective tissue strength and flexibility

  • Will my plan include nutrition counseling?

    Yes! Your coach will provide nutritional education and personalized meal planning depending on your plan type.

  • How long until I see results?

    It depends on your target and your current body fat percentage. We would also like to add that the results of any fitness plan cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort and co-operation in and outside of the sessions. I am on a budget, how expensive will my food be? If you are on a budget we can select foods and meals that will be more cost-effective.

  • What happens if I cancel my membership?

    If you cancel your membership, your account status will turn “Pending cancellation” The cancellation date is determined at the time the account is requested to be canceled and depends on where you are in the subscription. For example, if your subscription re-bills monthly and you cancel halfway through the month, your cancellation date will be set for approximately 15 days in the future.
