By utilizing a combination of intensity, conditioning, and strength, this plan is designed to maximize calorie expenditure, build both muscular and cardiovascular endurance as well as improving functional strength and movement. In this plan, a total of 12 sessions with 30 days validity will be provided along with customized 4 weeks nutrition, based on your food preferences. A certified trainer will be assigned for a 60mins live session who will not only correct your form & posture but also motivate you to push harder & challenge yourself.
Weekly check-ins will be done to address your concerns.

After a year of the pandemic and limited activity I had gained some weight and was in need of improving my physical fitness. I signed up with Zafar for 12 sessions over 4 weeks with the goal of losing approximately 4 kg in this time. I was interested in both cardio and strength training and invested in some basic equipment-bench,adjustable dumbbell, mat, Bossu ball,etc. All sessions were conducted over zoom,each session lasting an hour. Zafar stresses good from and technique and will demonstrate the same. He made efficient use of the limited equipment at my disposal,combining cardio with strength training. I excercised upper body and legs,worked on flexibility,all combined with high intensity interval training. At the end of 4 weeks,I succeeded in my weight loss goal and even more importantly felt more energetic,trim and strong. Zafar kept me well motivated and regularly followed up to see how I was keeping up with my diet and training. Zafar is polite and courteous, respects the client’s time and is a pleasure to train with.
