Never have a Grudge
For all those who have won, their dopamine levels might be high, but for others you don’t have to lose your heart. Accept that you performed the best, and if you had something more in your hand you would have done that too! So never have a grudge! This always keeps the spirit high in the fitness journey.
Keep a track of your diet
